I love Chili Cook-offs. Our ward is having one and I'm really excited. I totally know what I'm going to make - I read the recipe probably a month ago and decided if we ever had a Chili Cook-off, I was going to make it. And now we are! So I found the recipe last night and I'm looking forward to making it this week! But I haven't even told you the best part yet.....
Joel and I get to be chili judges!
I'm so excited! I've never gotten to be a judge at one of these things before! On one hand: I can't win. But, on the other hand: I get to taste all the chilis and decide which one is the best! It's going to be so fun :)

Well, how fun! How did you get that job???
The husband in the couple that was asked to do it is Joel's home teaching companion. He and his wife can't be there, so they asked if we would instead. It'll be fun!
