passport

I heard that song this morning and it made me think of everything ridiculous that has to do with my passport application.  How little I thought about it before a couple days ago, besides being excited because I was supposed to get it this week, and how much it is on my mind now.  This whole thing is so silly and not really all that fun.

But I am thankful for feeling, when I turned it in, that things were working out and would be okay.  "Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward."  (Heb. 10:35)
